These terms govern your use of CloudSave360, operated by TPA Tech Labs ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
CloudSave360 reads your cloud account, identifies spending you may be able to reduce, and — where you explicitly set up a schedule — starts and stops resources on the timetable you define.
Savings figures are estimates derived from your billing data and published cloud pricing. Every figure we show traces back to a real observed cost or a real current list price, and where neither exists we show no figure rather than an invented one — but they remain estimates. Actual savings depend on decisions you make and will differ. You are responsible for deciding whether a recommendation is safe to apply to your environment; we cannot know which of your systems are business-critical.
If you create a schedule, you are instructing us to stop and start the resources you named at the times you chose. Please make sure that is safe before enabling it. We log every attempt so you can see what happened, and you can disable a schedule at any time.
Paid plans are invoiced as agreed with you. Automated features may be suspended if an invoice is unpaid. One-time recommendations you have already applied remain yours regardless of subscription status.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend it for maintenance. Unless separately agreed in writing, no service level is promised.
Do not use the service to access cloud accounts you are not authorised to access, to attempt to breach its security, or to break the law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service or from any action taken on a recommendation. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and revoke our access at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy statement.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
